Yes, a good portion of these exercises require you to go down on to a floor mat.
Q: What equipment is needed?
You'll only need a floor mat. Yoga blocks are helpful, but not necessary.

Most of the stretches and exercises are simple and use only your own body weight. These are easy to do, and requires little fitness in advance.
