For safety and effectiveness reasons, Melanie does do some routines on the floor. If you are not able to get down on the floor, you will still be able to the vast majority of this class

You'll only need a chair, an exercise band and some snug-fitting, comfortable footwear. Optional:  Light weights (or a can of soup)
