You'll only need a chair and some snug fitting, comfortable footwear.

Yes, you can. All the movements in this class are deliberately easy to do. As with anything, if you start to feel pain or anything starts to feel wrong, please stop. 

Q: How physically demanding is this class?

Most of the stretches and exercises are simple and use only your own body weight. These are easy to do, and requires little fitness in advance.
