Most classes use minimal equipment and many use only your body weight. Depending on the class, you may also need: A chair, mat, small yoga block (or stack of books) a set of light dumbbells (1-3 pounds), a resistance band and a foam roller.

Modifications are typically provided for any exercises that may be more challenging; however most older adults will find nearly all of the programs to be short, gentle & manageable for what your body is currently capable of.
