Most classes use minimal equipment and many use only your body weight. Depending on the class, you may also need: A chair, mat, small yoga block (or stack of books) a set of light dumbbells (1-3 pounds), a resistance band and a foam roller.
Most programs are rated as easy. Of the 150+ programs, only a handful are rated as intermediate or moderately challenging. All programs are designed specifically to be doable for older adults. Modifications are typically provided for any exercises that may be more challenging; however most older adults will find nearly all of the programs to be short, gentle & manageable for what your body is currently capable of.
