Q: Do I need to get down on the floor and back up?

Some exercises will require you to get down on the ground, however most exercises are done either standing or using a chair for support.

Q: What equipment is needed?

You will need a pair of dumbbells (or soup cans), a chair and a yoga mat (or towel)
